[:sv]Vi har noterat att en del av er har haft problem med anmälningen via Fotomaraton Sverige och har därför beslutat att skjuta på höjningen av priset och ordinarie anmälningstid till dagens slut 1/8 klockan 23:59.
För dig som fortfarande har problem har vi tagit fram några steg du kan följa för att få din anmälan att fungera. Vi ber om ursäkt för krånglet!

Om du inte får din biljett som mail
Vissa e-posttjänster kan klassa mailutsskick som spam. Hittar du dem inte i inkorgen kan de därför hamnat i mappen skräppost, titta där.
Om du inte kan hitta biljetten där heller men vet att du är anmäld, håll ut, innan den 18 Augusti kommer vi att släppa en uppdatering till hemsidan
som låter dig visa din biljett där.
Vi ber om ursäkt och tänker inte låta problem med webbsystemet påverka ert deltagande i Stockholm Fotomaraton, om dessa steg inte hjälper är vi därför tillgängliga på
support@fotomaratonsverige.seEn större uppdatering av sidan är på gång för att åtgärda problemen.
Sist men inte minst! Om ni upplever problem som inte löser sig med dessa steg är det superviktigt att ni skickar oss ett mail så kommer vi hjälpa er på bästa möjliga sätt. Men se till att göra det idag för imorgon höjer vi priset till 400 kr per biljett och biljettantalet blir begränsat![:en]We have noticed that some of you experience trouble with your sign-up to Stockholm Fotomaraton 2018. Because of this we have decided to postpone the regular sign-up and the price change until the end of today (23.59 1/8).
For you who still experience trouble signing up we have created a few steps to follow to get your sign-up to work. We are terribly sorry for the hassle!

If you do not get your ticket as an e-mail
Some mail clients may put our mails in your spam folder. If you do not find our e-mails, have a look in there.
If you can’t find them there either but are sure that your payment have gone through, do not panic. Before the 18/8 we will release an update that to the website that will let you see your tickets if you log in to your account.
Again, we apologize for all the trouble and will not let problem with our servers effect your participation in Stockholm Fotomaraton. If these steps do not help you, PLEASE send us an email to

A bigger update to the website is on its way to solve the problems.
Last but not least, if you experience trouble and do not send an email to us we cant help you. So do not be afraid because the after midnight the price will be 400 SEK per ticket and there will only be a limited tickets released!
